This is a common tactic. She is clearly referring to white women who have NOT had these experiences (though one of her commas is misplaced, which could cause confusion). The “not all” argument you present is a type that typically derails the argument from an important point (e.g. “here are racist things to stop doing”) and deflects it to “me, me, me.” Please reconsider.
