Oppression hits different people in different ways. I’ve written a piece on minority support for Tr*mp. To point out one thing: white supremacists often reward a few minorities for self-hatred. These minorities (cf T. Scott, N. Haley, S. Miller, S. Cheung) get to feel special while agreeing that white supremacy is valid, here to stay, thus the only way to get ahead. They also think this means they are seen as white. They’re surprised when the length of their leash is revealed (case in point: the V. Ramaswamy interview with Ann Coulter you mention).
