Be careful. The Bush admin had the same “Who cares what they said?” attitude towards the Clinton admin, ignoring their warnings about Bin Laden because they didn’t like Dems. Same with the 45 admin concerning Obama’s pandemic response warnings.

It is wise to listen to your enemies (even their lies). What the chose to say, even if what they say is lies or self-delusion helps you understand how they think, which helps to effectively combat them. Ignoring good ideas (like “watch out for Bin Laden”) because you don’t like the messenger is foolish.
